Took monthly spend from $28K to $190K without ROAS collapsing. Built a UGC pipeline of 64 creator-led ads a month and rebuilt the conversion API. Q4 revenue tripled YoY.

Stripped a bloated 2,400-keyword account down to 184 high-intent terms. Added server-side tracking for SQL-stage events. Sales accepted demos went up 2.4x in 11 weeks.

Week 1-2

Audit and rebuild plan

We tear apart your accounts, tracking and creative. You get a written diagnosis with the three highest-leverage moves, even if you never hire us.

Week 3-6

Foundations

Tracking gets fixed. Account structures get rebuilt. Creative pipeline gets installed. Most of the wins this quarter come from removing leaks, not adding spend.

Week 7-12

Scale

Spend goes up only when the unit economics say it should. Weekly P&L reviews replace vanity dashboards. You always know what every dollar did.

How much should I be spending before we talk?

Our sweet spot is brands already spending $20K a month or with the cash to get there inside 60 days. Below that, an in-house junior with our audit will get you further than a retainer with us.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat monthly fee tied to the scope of work, not your media budget. If your spend doubles, our fee does not. That is the only model that keeps us honest.

What is the minimum contract?

90 days, then month-to-month. We do not lock you in for a year. If we cannot prove the work in 90 days, you should fire us.

Will I work with a junior account manager?

No. Every account has a senior media buyer (5+ years on platform) running it day to day. You will meet them on the first call and they will be on every weekly review.

Can you help with creative too?

Yes. We run an in-house production setup for static ads and UGC. Most clients on Meta or Amazon use it. It is included in retainer scope.
